Q: Dr von Maur, I’m an exercise fanatic and plan on having Breast Augmentation Surgery next week, how soon can I exercise after my Breast Augmentation?

A: In General, we recommend that you avoid vigorous exercise for about 3 to 4 weeks. However, you can start doing lighter activities such as; walking on the treadmill and elliptical cross trainer, or simply walking in about one week. Most patients are up and around the same day.

A: During your consultation we discuss implant sizes and cup sizes, showing before and after photographs to help you visualize cup size.
